The EOS Process

The EOS Process™ provides a proven way to put all the pieces together, incorporating each of the EOS Tools in the right order to best strengthen each key component of your business.

We start with the 90 Meeting Meeting, which introduces your leadership team to EOS®, and gets everyone on the same page to decide if this is the right system to strengthen your company. From there, we set up the first of three all-day sessions with your leadership team, each about 30 days apart.

Day 1-The Focus Day™: A day to give your leadership team tools to clarify who's responsible for what, set priorities, improve communication, resolve issues and track critical numbers.  Your team will use their new tools for the 30 days to experience real improvement-what we call Traction™.

Day 2-Vision Building™ Day 1: We review the Focus Day tools and begin to answer the 8 questions in the Vision/Traction Organizer™ (V/TO) to clarify your vision. We will clarify who you are, why you exist, what you do and where you are going. You will also get a fantastic tool for reviewing your people. You will have another 30 days to experience more improvement.

Day 3-Vision Building Day 2: Today we master the Focus Day tools and complete the V/TO to complete your vision, clarify your Marketing Strategy, 3-Year Picture™, 1-Year Plan and priorities for the next 90 days (Rocks).

With your leaders now focused and all on the same page, you will use these tools for the next 90 days to execute your plan and begin to push this down into your organization. From here we will have Quarterly and Annual Planning Sessions. Most clients use their Implementer for about 2 years before "graduating" to run these meetings on their own. Other clients choose to continue to use their Implementers as Facilitators.
